Akela has been developing homes since 2006. We work with leading architects on award-winning bespoke homes and also provide turnkey social housing solutions. Originally named Akela Developments, the company changed its name to Convel Developments in 2017.

With many of our clients increasingly looking to incorporate sustainable and innovative features within their developments, we are also proud to be involved in providing distinctively ‘greener’ homes, using modern methods of construction, renewable energy technologies and energy-efficient features.

Other new developments are planned for 2020.
